Books Our Best Friends - It helps in using our imaginative power
In my section – Books Our Best
Friends, I like discussing about books that I have read or found them
interesting. As a hobby, I like to share such books with you all.
When we are kids, we have
fabulous imagination power. It is because our thought process is not affected
by any preconceptions or assumption. The mind of a kid is free and so he is
able to think and imagine in lot more ways than us. It is the best time to
introduce books to kids, as they can learn fast. They should be encouraged to
use their thought process as much as possible.
Today in my blog – Books Our Best
Friends, I would like to discuss a book that enables them to use their
imaginative power as much as possible. Crafts With Kids: Over 40 Fun And
Fabulous Projects provides kids with an open playground to experiment with
crayons, paints, fabrics, and other exciting materials.
When, we talk about open play
ground, well, for kids, every place is a playground and every substance is a
thing to be played with. They surely are going to learn many things, but from
educational point of view Crafts With Kids: Over 40 Fun And Fabulous Projects
will provide organized activity sessions. Parents should not think that there
is nothing for them in this book.
In first case, guidance of
parents will be needed to direct the activities of kids as they use this book. Second,
parents can also try these projects, as it will be an interesting learning
experience for them too. For small kids, everything is meant to be taken into
mouth and crayons and colours are no exception.
It is best to introduce this book
to kids who are around 15 months old or above, for they will be able to
understand it the best way. Susie Johns, writer of Crafts With Kids: Over 40
Fun And Fabulous Projects, has done a wonderful work, as the activities given
are not only enjoyable, but also provide valuable learning.
This book certainly supports the
saying – Books Our Best Friends. For, this is one of those books which makes us
a better person in one way or the other.
